The second mobility of the WE NEET YOU project has just ended in Bilbao, where BIRA hosted training experts and teachers from Belgium and Turkey.

During the mobility the participants worked together on the topic of NEET and ELET inclusion, exchanging experiences and good practices. Starting from the e-Booklet ‘Needs of the Neets and ELETs’, prepared during the previous mobility activity in Bruges, the participants developed content for the training platform that will be made public in the coming months. This platform aims to provide free and easily accessible online training content for teachers, trainers, educational experts.

During the mobility in Bilbao, participants also had the opportunity to visit the public vocational training centre Emilio Campuzano, which every year accompanies between 700 and 800 students in their vocational training in several key sectors such as: graphics, automotive, electrical, industrial mechanics, welding, and pneumatics. The TVET centre also participates in various European projects and has long been involved in KA1 mobility for students and teachers, providing quality training that also contributes to strengthening the soft skills and international profile of each student.
